MASA Flash Mob!
To all MASAwesome people out there!
Hello everyone! The 1st MASA Flash mob is about to happen on Tuesday, April 13th!!
To people who are not familiar with what flash mob is, it is when a large group of people who assemble suddenly in a public place, perform an unusual and pointless act for a brief time, then quickly disperse.
The theme for this flash mob is : LION KING!
We are going to do a flash mob inspired by Lion King! :)
At 12: 20, the Lion King theme song is going to play, and a guy (Nathan, if you guys know him :) ) will go up the stairs holding his puppy. Once he raises his puppy high up in the air (like what Rafiki did to Simba) we are all going to bow down toward him. Once the music is over, you can get up from the ground, and walk off casually.
This is going to take about minute or two, so join us before/after your class and have an awesome time :)
You are more than welcome to bring your friends!

All You Can Eat Sushi Buffet Night!
On Friday, April 16th, we will be having all-you-can-eat sushi night at ONAMI! :)
If you guys don't know what Onami is, it's a modern Japanese restaurant that serves inventive Japanese cuisine ranging from sushi, roll and creative salads. It's a BUFFET!!! :D :D :D
When: Friday, April 16th
Time: Meet at Peterson Loop @ 6:00 PM for a ride!
Cost: about 25~27 dollars including tax.

If you want to see how our staff meetings are typically run, you are welcome to attend one of them. They are usually on campus on Sundays. Time and location will be announced on the MASA website; you can also contact me (Yvonne at law.yvonne.a@gmail.com) and I will email you the time and location when I find out. :)
Descriptions of all available MASA staff positions can be found HERE. They were all written by current staff, so if you are thinking seriously about applying for any of the positions, take their advice and descriptions of the responsibilities seriously. :) Keep in mind, though, even if you don't fit all the requirements, you are still encouraged to apply! MASA staff is a great experience. :)
Once you've read the descriptions and know which positions you'd like to apply for, download and fill out one of these applications: PDF Format (preferred) | MS Word Doc Format
Make sure you fill out all areas in the application, or it will not be valid. Email all completed applications to me at law.yvonne.a@gmail.com. I will send you a confirmation that I've received it. :)
All relevant information about what to wear to interviews and how they will be conducted can be found on the application document.
So, step-by-step, this is how you apply:
O1. Download the MASA staff position descriptions.
O2. Read the relevant staff description for the position you are applying for :)
O3. Download the application: PDF Format | MS Word Format
O4. Fill out the application, INCLUDING your availability.
O5. Email the application back to Yvonne, at law.yvonne.a@gmail.com
