WHAT WE'RE ALL ABOUT
Affinity Hip Hop Showcase, previously run by Omega Xi Delta and Pilipino Cultural Exchange, has successfully sold out in previous years. Due to popular demand, Affinity will combine forces with the Hip Hop Congress of Cal Poly and return a 3rd time to expose the community of various Hip Hop talents from all over California.
This year the showcase seeks to promote the growth of Hip Hop culture in the central coast by allowing a place for Hip Hop artists - such as rappers, dance teams, spoken word artists, musicians, singers, etc - to perform and share their talents with the community.
WITH GROWING HIP HOP COMMUNITIES IN NORCAL & SOCAL, THE CONCEPT IS TO BRING THE FARTHEST EXTREMES OF CALIFORNIA TO MEET AT THE MEDIAN TO ANNUALLY CELEBRATE IN UNITY.
